When the Phelps' party, they really party! This Luau was in their church cultural hall and boy was it decked out! We also had delicious dinner with oodles of food and a great program to rival the cultural center in Hawaii. There was good food, good people, and good entertainment. Thank you Phelps (my Mom's cousins) for adopting us into your Arizona family!
