Now that Allie is in school most weekday mornings, Hadley and I are getting some more one-on-one time which is really fun. She does miss her sister sometimes, but also enjoys keeping her toys all to herself and taking her time. I followed her around with my camera one morning to see what she likes to do....
The ipad - I know, she is probably a bit young but she LOVES the starfall ABC app and can do the whole thing by herself - from turning it on, swiping the swiper and changing pages to get to her app; amazing how kids can figure it all out.
This one happened while I was out of the room, but I had to hold my parent hands back and just watch her explore. I think I still have rubber bands on the floor right there.
Did I get them all?

Now what should I do with these?
Oh yeah, they go in my hair!

It is fun to see the difference between Hadley and Allie at this age. Hadley is a bit more rebellious and definitely has an opinion of her own, which she will loudly let you know. She has grown up so dramatically lately, using new words every day and communication so much better. She wants to do whatever Allie is doing and does not like being left out. She loves to help cook in the kitchen - I usually have 2 helpers standing on chairs wanting to stir and measure right along with me. Hadley LOVES being outside and riding Allie's bike. She gives great hugs when you get home or get her out of bed and has such a cute cheesy smile. We love our Hadley girl!
