With our influx of birthdays around this time of year, Allie has learned to say "Happy Birthday to You" and if there is anything resembling a birthday candle and cake, she will blow it out and clap.
Lucky for Allie, it was Mike's birthday on the 11th and he turned 29!!! He is so busy with work and school, all he wanted was to go to Taco Bell and have cupcakes. We were happy to oblige and went wild at Taco Bell and spent $11! That is a lot of Taco Bell food! Later that night, we had the Tingey's over for cupcakes and ice cream.
Mike is such a hard worker and a loving husband and father. We don't get to see a lot of him, but when we do, we love it! Happy Birthday Mike!

Happy Birthday, Mike! Glad you got a little break from your hectic schedule. Oh man, I'm not sure how you both do it! Let's just say, I'm not looking forward to those years of school.
Allie is just like her mom in the kitchen. Love it! (Love her, too, for noticing how sad Henry was the the facebook video.)
I so wish we lived closer. Maybe one day....maybe????
Happy Birthday dear Mike! You are such a wonderful husband and father. We are so grateful for you in our family. Someday, all this schooling will be worth it - hang in there.
