Introducing the newest member of the family, Allie Elizabeth Meldrum! She weighs in at 6 lbs 14 oz and 19 tall. She was born at 11:47 Monday morning and has been such a delight so far.
We went in at 6:00 am to be induced and around 9:00 I was ready for an epidural. Mike got a little light headed during the Epidural and had to take a little break :). Around 10:00 I had the epidural but it ended up only working on the right side. After some really strong contractions and having them move the injection site around, it was time to push. I had moved from a 3 to a 10 in about 2 hours and pushed for about 30 minutes. She was moving well and then got a little stuck and her heart rate was dropping. They ended up doing an episiotomy and with 1 more push she was here! She is so adorable and at this point is sleeping soundly. We love her!

Rach, she's gorgeous! I love the close up of you and her. Her little lips look so pretty. I love both her names too, Allie Elizabeth, that's such a cute combination! Congratulations, that's so exciting! Makes me even more baby hungry :)
