The 3rd Annual Pumpkin Carving FHE with the Davis'

It is officially Halloween, we now have carved our pumpkin and in the spirit of the Georgia vs. Florida game on Saturday, our pumpkin had to be Gator-esq.  I think Mike and I did a decent job this year!
And..... IT IS COLDER IN GVILLE TODAY THAN IN UTAH!!!!!  We have hit a cold-snap and it is supposed to get pretty cold tonight.  We usually don't have our first freeze until the end of November and here it is October!  It makes me feel at home that it is cold at halloween.  YEA!!!

Rach and Mike, that pumpkin is AMAZING! That should be in the Gainesville paper or something. Way to go! As for the weather - we in Utah are having a very unusual warm spell and you are having a cold snap, and we are both happy about it! Perfect temperatures.

Rach, that is a very impressive pumpkin!! I have not been blogging for a while so I have had to update and read up on your blog. Congrats on finding out that you are having a GIRL!! Girls are the best. I also thought that you might want to just look back at your post to when you told us all that you were having a baby, and I believe that I called it! I said that you were having a girl and I am seldom wrong. Not to say it, but I told you so.

I am very happy for you. I can't even begin to tell you how much joy my little Kate has brought me. I am so happy for the both of you. I would however, tell that hubby of yours to give you a new nickname because it won't seem so cute in week 38.

That's an awesome pumpkin. Dave is worried something might mysteriously happen to it during the Florida/Georgia game... but you do live in Gainesville, so I'm sure it will be safe!
